Our conference area, J Meeting, is located in the new part of Hotel J, with a fantastic view of the beautiful fjord and a private outdoor patio. The largest room, New England, can accommodate up to 160 people in theater-style seating or 50 people in a U-shaped setup and can be divided into three smaller rooms if needed, using sound-insulated folding walls.

J Meeting features its own lounge for up to 200 people, where our guests can enjoy coffee or a standing buffet. The lounge also serves as a reception area for larger groups.

We offer video conferencing technology for rent, ensuring that all participants can easily join even if they are not physically present.

Hotel J is a member of Svenska Möten. This means that we are carefully selected and classified according to Svenska Möten's unique classification system and are Swan Ecolabeled.
